Frank Lynn & Associates' Workshops

Frank Lynn & Associates offers three one-day workshops to help managers understand channel concepts, trends, best practices and processes. We designed the workshop curriculum to meet the needs of managers at different levels and across industries.

We offer each workshop on an open enrollment (limit 18 participants), first-come first-serve basis at a Chicago-area office throughout the year. Alternatively, we offer customized one or multi-day versions of each workshop for individual companies at their offices or other location of their choice.

Channel Strategy Design 

This workshop looks at advanced issues in the development of complex, competitive channel strategies. Attendees should be executives with a working knowledge of basic channel concepts. Price: $995


Channel Pricing Strategy 

This workshop helps managers understand how to design a channel compensation framework. The goal is to help managers define criteria and offer financial benefits to partners that perform the functions desired by the manufacturer. Price: $995


Professional Sales Channel Management 

This workshop is designed for sales executives and salespeople that manage channel partners. The course provides a structured framework and implementation tool to help salespeople meet their sales targets and build stronger partnerships. Price: $995
